IOS 7 Beta on IPad and IPad mini First images

Apple’s iOS 7 beta has certainly gained the headlines this week, but while we fully expect the final release to operate across the entire iOS device range, the build released a few days back is only compatible with the iPhone and iPod touch. Why is that? Well, it’s because the Cupertino company is behind on compiling the version for the larger display, but on the bottom of Apple’s official iOS 7 page, you can get an idea of how the home screens of both the full-size iPad and iPad mini will look once the forthcoming iOS release is able to grace it.
To be honest, there’s nothing particularly riveting or surprising here and with opinion with regards to the iPhone / iPod touch version having been pretty divided thus far, I would imagine more of the same once iPad support is drafted in.

One key difference between iOS 7 beta on the iPhone compared with the iPad, of course, is that the icons are a little bit more spaced out, and with color saturation rather on the strong side as part of the new-look home screen, perhaps the retinas of users will be spared when using the new software on a tablet.
To be fair, it’s hard to gauge anything from simple pictures, but I have to say, the iOS 7 beta home screen does seem to take on a calmer disposition, but I don’t think this will be enough to alter the opinions of those who, on first impressions, seem to loathe every facet of iOS 7 beta.
iPad iOS 7 beta
There’s no word on when iPad users will be able to take advantage of an iOS 7 beta, but considering the end user will be seeing it around September / October time, one suspects Apple will want to give it as much time in the hands of developers as possible.
iOS 6 certainly wasn’t the fruit company’s most successful version to date, despite recording the highest number of installs among consumers and being adopted at a faster rate than ever before. Those figures were distorted by the fact that OTA updates, which people are far more likely to cooperate with, were only introduced with iOS 5, and I think the bit that sticks out in everybody’s mind is the post-launch furor around the disastrous Maps app, for which Tim Cook subsequently released an open letter of apology.

NOTE-I DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG  PLS PROCEDE IF YOU ARE A DEVELOPER OR AN EXPERT

Apple has just released the very first beta of iOS 7, allowing those signed up to the Developer Program to go ahead and test out some of the new features and alterations announced today at WWDC. As ever, this one’s only available to registered Apple developers, so if you happen to be enrolled in the $99 per year agreement, please check out the details below.
After a great deal of rumor, speculation, and concepts, Apple finally unveiled iOS 7 on the opening morning of this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference. As predicted, the aesthetic elements of the Cupertino’s mobile operating system are a great deal flatter than iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users have become accustomed to, with skeuomorphic elements banished in their entirety.

Whenever a new version of iOS is announced, Apple immediately makes the first beta build available to developers, and iOS 7 is no exception. iOS 7 beta 1 is now available for download to those running an iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5; it will be available for iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4 and iPad mini in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, the iPhone 3GS and the iPod touch 4 have been left behind, but considering the former is now four years old, this was perhaps to be expected.

As ever, we must warn against those intending to download this build from unverified sources. Apple is fairly dogmatic in halting this kind of sharing activity, and has been known to take action against multiple devices using the same accounts. At the end of the day, it’s not really worth the hassle of the repercussions, and for a mere $99 for the whole year, it’s worth it if you’ve a vested interest in the development of Apple’s products.
Those of you that do download and install iOS 7 beta 1, what do you think of it? Are the alterations to the look and feel as significant in practice as was construed at the WWDC showcasing? Please do share your thoughts below!

XBOX ONE RELEASED BY MICROSOFT COMING IN NOVEMBER

While that other big tech press event soldiers on, Microsoft just recently wound down itsE3 media briefing with a long-awaited bit of news: the Xbox One will launch sometime this November, and gamers in the U.S. will have to shell out $499 to get their hands on one.

Don’t live in the U.S.? No problem. Microsofthas said that the console will be available in 21 (currently unspecified) markets, and shared some pricing details for those living across the pond. Folks in the U.K. can claim their One for £429, while those in the rest ofEurope will pay €499.

To no one’s surprise, Twitter is already lighting up with gamers who don’t agree with Microsoft’s pricing decision — the original Xbox 360 launched with a seemingly crazy $399 price tag back in 2009, a price point that some analysts figured Microsoft would revisit with the Xbox One. It’s hardly a shock to see that the new Xbox is a costly package though, especially since the console comes with an upgraded Kinectright in the box.

Now that Microsoft has laid its Xbox One cards on the table, all eyes are on Sony to pull back the curtain on its much-anticipated PlayStation 4. The company held a New York press conference back in February that was unfortunately light on the juicy details, and Sony is widely expected to out the console in a big way at its own E3 press event later tonight.
